Research Support and Reference
The UT Southwestern Library provides free personalized research support to the faculty, staff, and students of UT Southwestern Medical Center and its affiliated hospitals. Librarians are available to assist you during regular business hours.
Research Support Services
- Ask a Reference Question: This online form is an easy way to ask any questions you have about Library services or resources or information you need to find.
- Request a Literature Search: Librarians are available to search a wide range of biomedical resources. Please allow at least two business days for completion of your search.
- Request a Customized Class: Library staff are available to teach a class tailored to the needs of your group. Topics can include subject matter from any of our regular classes or individual training sessions, or be a topic of your choosing. Please allow at least two weeks for the preparation of your class.
- Request Individual Training: Library staff are available for one-on-one appointments at your convenience to teach you how to optimize your use of Library resources.
