Topic Search Request Form

The Library's search service is available at no charge to all faculty, fellows, residents, postdocs, staff, and students of UT Southwestern Medical Center as well as staff of Parkland Health & Hospital System and Children's Medical Center. If a charge might be incurred, you will be contacted prior to performing the search. The Library does charge a fee to provide this service to non-affiliated clients. Allow at least two business days (M-F) to complete your request.

NOTE: UTSW students working on a homework assignment/independent study project or UTSW employees enrolled in an accredited college/university course can request assistance/training on how to search databases/resources. Please complete the Personal/Group Training Request Form.
