Library Presentation Practice Room Request Form

The Library Presentation Practice Room (E2.408) on the Main Floor of the South Campus (main) Library is available free of charge for all UTSW affiliated clients. A valid UT Southwestern ID must be presented for use of room. Clients may reserve the room for 30 minute blocks 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday-Friday (last appointment at 5 p.m.); 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. (last appointment at 4 p.m.) Saturday and Sunday.

Bring your laptop to use the Presentation Practice Room; a laptop may be checked out for use at the Information Desk. Cables and adaptors for the overhead projector unit are available for use with your laptop in the room. A Presentation Preview Room clicker unit may be checked out at the Information Desk.

Please note that the Presentation Practice Room is not a meeting room, an individual or group study room. Please indicate below how many reviewers you expect to host. If you have any questions, you may ask us at LibPresentRoom@UTSouthwestern.edu.
