The UT Southwestern Library provides free personalized research support to the faculty, fellows, residents, postdocs, staff, and students of UT Southwestern Medical Center and its affiliated hospitals. If a charge might be incurred, you will be contacted prior to performing the research. Librarians are available to assist you during regular business hours Monday - Friday.
- Ask Us: This form is an easy way to ask questions about Library services or resources.
- Topic Search Request Form (Get help with my topic): Librarians are available to search a wide range of biomedical resources to find the information you need. Please allow at least three (3) business days (M-F) to complete your research.
- Fee-Based Research: Librarians will provide research to non-affiliated clients at a cost of $75 per search per database; rush requests will be charged an additional $50 per hour. Estimates of costs and turn-around time will be provided when the Topic Search Request Form is submitted.
- Personal/Group Training Request: Library staff is available to train a class, group or individual in the use of our resources. Topics include database research methods, grant funding opportunities, publication, etc. Staff will tailor a session for group needs and present in department locations.
